Season Predictions
Well after one of the years in 49er history the 49ers have started fresh, new coach, new players, a new “York”, and a new staidi…oh wait never mind.  A lot of people are being very optimistic, and they should be; the 49ers are only playing 5 games against teams who had a winning record last season, but they are still inexperienced and a bunch of rookies won’t help them there.
 
So here we go.
 
-Sept. 11 St. Louis-49ers will start the season at home against the Rams.  The Rams are old, but have experience; it will be QB’s Alex Smith’s first game as with Mike Nolan.  49ers will make it interesting like they always do against the Rams. 21-20 Rams.
 
-Sept. 18 @ Philadelphia-The reigning NFC champs and my Super Bowl pick should destroy the 49ers because of Big names like McNabb and Owens. 32-10 Eagles.
 
-Sept. 25 Dallas-I think the 49ers can sneak out a win hear.  The Cowboys went from a winning underdog to a losing one in the last two seasons. Nolan will get his first Head Coaching victory. 17-14 49ers.
 
-Oct. 2 @ Arizona (Mexico)- The Cardinals won’t have the home field advantage feel, since they really aren’t at home.  Besides the 49ers own them and will get there first two game win streak since 2003. 23-17 49ers.
 
-Oct. 9 Indianapolis- Peyton Manning and the colts will blow the 49ers out of the bay.  It won’t if even be close with the Colt offense and 49er defense. 42-14 Colts.
 
-Bye Week- Hey, the 49ers 2-3 it’s a miracle!
 
-Oct. 23 @ Washington- 49ers and the Skins are about even, so home field advantage wins. 24-20 Redskins.
 
-Oct. 30 Tampa Bay- The Bucs will be the worst team in the league this season. The 49ers will win by there biggest Margin. 30-16 49ers.
 
-Nov. 6 NY Giants- Eli Manning is more experienced now and has a better team around him and will show the new #1 pick a thing or two. 33-21 Giants.
 
-Nov 13 @ Chicago- The 49ers will get there second away win against the pitiful Bears.  Gore will have a big game here with 2 TD’s and at least 200 yds. 24-14 49ers.
 
-Nov 20 Seattle- Seattle should be better than last year.  Holmgen has a lot of talent he just has to be able to use it unlike last year.  49ers will lose to the 05’ NFC champs. 33-24 Seahawks.
 
-Nov. 27 @ Tennessee- The Titans complete makeover won’t help them against the 49ers who are on there way up as the Titans are on there way down. 24-14 49ers.
 
-Dec. 4 Arizona-Again, the 49ers own them and they are at home. 49ers will get there second 2 game win streak of the season and become .500. 27-16 49ers.
 
-Dec. 11 @ Seattle- Seattle has playmakers, the 49ers don’t. 33-24 Seahawks.
 
-Dec. 18 @ Jacksonville- The Jaguars were surprisingly 9-7 last season and they are only get better.  24-10 Jaguars.
 
-Dec. 24 @ St. Louis- The Rams will jump out to an early lead and then crumble, but not enough to give the 49ers a victory. 24-23 Rams.
 
-Jan. 1 Houston- This will be a very important playoff berth game for Houston.  The 49ers will have little chance. 17-10 Houston

49ers        6-10
Arizona     5-11

The 49ers can only go up from last year. Smith and Gore will be successes in the future of there careers and the 49ers will be in the playoffs in the next 3 years.
