This salary cap probably is a problem that I believe York and Donahue purposely created to keep from being pressured to spend money. Look, they give Jeff Garcia an outrageous contract of $ 10 million dollars then cut him when he won't take a big pay cut. Now, all of Garcia's contract counts against the cap so they can't spend it and York gets to keep it in his pocked and pay it to no one. How stupid do they think we are. He should sell the team to someone who can afford to get players. It makes me sick to see what they have done to our team!!
